LIQUID NITROGEN starting at $50

Some changes such as Actinic Keratoses, small Seborrheic keratoses or warts respond really well to this type of therapy. A special spray bottle is used to place liquid nitrogen on your skin lesion for 10-20 seconds. Liquid nitrogen may sting like an ice cube on your skin. As the skin thaws it may start to feel like burning. In case of wart treatments it may take several sessions of liquid application to remove since some of the warts are very thick. A blister may form where nitrogen was applied.

ELECTRODESSICATION starting at $50

Electrodessication is a quick and simple office-based technique where an electrical current is used to remove specific skin lesions such as sebaceous hyperplasia, cherry angiomas, seborrheic keratoses, skin tags, and brown spots. After the procedue we will place a drop of vaseline and a bandaid and will recommend to keep the area dry and not washing it for 24 to 48 hours.

SURGICAL RESECTION starting at $400

This procedure is used for sebaceous cysts, benign nevi, larger size epidermal cysts, fibroepithelial polyps, hemangiomas, neurofibromatas and lipomas. It involves making a skin incision with a scalpel and cutting around the change at full skin thickness under local anesthesia. Then the wound is closed with sutures or staples. Patients may be required to have a followup visit for suture removal in 5-10 days, depending on anatomic location of resection.

SHAVE EXCISIONS starting at $50

Small fibroepithelial polyps neurofibromatas and skin tags can be removed with shave excision. This involves cutting off the lesion at the base after administering local anesthesia.

WARTS starting at $50

Warts are common, benign, epidermal lesions caused by human papillomavirus infection. They can appear anywhere on the body in a variety of morphologies. Diagnosis is by examination. Warts are usually self limited but may be treated by destructive methods (eg, excision, cautery, cryotherapy, liquid nitrogen) and topical or injected agents. Wart removal is a common procedure in our clinic in Windsor.

SKIN TAGS starting at $50

Skin tags are common, soft, small, flesh-colored or hyperpigmented, pedunculated lesions; there are usually multiple lesions, typically on the neck, axilla, and groin. Skin tag removal is a very common procedure in our clinic in Windsor.

SKIN CYSTS starting at $400

Epidermal cysts are benign but may cause discomfort and may rupture internally, causing a rapidly enlarging, painful foreign body reaction and abscess. Epidermal cysts may have a visible pore; their contents are white, cheesy, and malodorous. Skin cyst removal is a common procedure we perform.

MOLES AND NEVI starting at $400

Moles are pigmented lesions, typically flesh or brown colored. They are composed of nests of melanocytes or nevus cells. Share resemblance with melanoma. Mole removal and nevi removal is third most common procedure we perform.
